Payment Plans

Carrollton Municipal Court does not provide payment plans for paying judgments (fines). Judgments must be paid on or before the due date. Non-payment or insufficient payment will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.*

If you are financially unable to pay your fine in full, you must qualify for any additional time to pay. You are required to complete a lengthy financial application and you must be interviewed by a Collection Specialist. Be aware that this process will include verification of your current address, phone number(s), source of income, and place of employment. Please be prepared to spend approximately 45 minutes to an hour on this application and interview process.

If you are found to be indigent, you may qualify for alternative payment options. A 10 Day Extension is not a payment plan. You may select this option by selecting Request a 10 Day Extension on the left side of this page. Please read the instructions carefully before submitting a request for an extension.

*The Carrollton Marshal’s office actively pursues outstanding warrants and makes arrests daily.
