Park Hours and Rules
Park hours are 5:00 am to 10:30 pm daily unless otherwise posted.

  • Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited on park property.
  • Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
  • Fireworks and/or firearms of any kind are not permitted.
  • Golfing is not allowed on park property.
  • Dogs must be kept on leash at all times.

For additional information or to report graffiti, vandalism or maintenance needs, please contact us at 972-466-3080 between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday or 7:30 to 11:30 am Friday.

To report a violation of Park rules or other illegal activity, contact Carrollton Police at 972-466-3333.

Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex will remain open normal operating hours until August 17. Starting August 18, the entire facility will begin reduced hours. The pool will be closed for the season starting on Tuesday, September 2.

The Cardboard Boat Regatta challenges amateur boat builders to design, build and navigate boats made entirely of corrugated cardboard. Come and enjoy the fun as you watch the masterful maneuvers of boats braving the waves at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 2 at Rosemeade Rainforest.
Applications are available online at cityofcarrollton.com/citysecretary and must be submitted to the City Secretary’s Office (1945 E. Jackson) no later than Thursday, September 11.
Carrollton is participating in Pet Safe's Bark for Your Park contest and we need your help to a dog park.Vote twice a day; once on the Bark for Your Park Facebook page and once at barkforyourpark.com. Voting ends July 31.
