Finance provides managerial, analytical and administrative support to all departments and is responsible for the management and direction of Finance, which includes Accounting & Internal Audit, Budget, Treasury, Municipal Court, Purchasing & General Services, Risk Management, Tax, and Utility Customer Service. Finance also includes the Treasury functions of cash management/investments, debt issuance, financial policy, revenue forecasting, banking and other special financial projects.
