Citizens' Evening @ City Hall
Bring your friends and neighbors to the sixth annual “Citizens’ Evening at City Hall” doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26 at Carrollton City Hall (1945 E. Jackson Road).

Mingle with City officials, commission members, City departmental and non-profit agency representatives; learn how to build stronger Neighborhood Associations; and find out what it takes to develop a successful neighborhood or community action partnership with the City.

This event is held to promote neighborhood programs and encourage new partnerships, with a goal to facilitate collaboration between the City and involved citizen groups to help foster vital neighborhoods. Join us in celebrating Carrollton’s “Glorious Past and Promising Future”.
This year’s agenda features:

• State of the City; Matthew Marchant, Mayor
• A Neighborhood Perspective on the History of the City of Carrollton; Toyia Pointer, A.W. Perry Museum Curator
• Current and Future Development in Carrollton; Brad Mink, Economic Development Director
Event is free and open to the public, no pre-registration is necessary. Formal program begins at 7 p.m. For more information, call 972-466-4299 or visit
