You MUST bring your Child's Immunization Record. No appointment needed. Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Must be "Vaccine for Children" eligible. Your child is eligible if he/she is an American Indian or Alaskan Native, has no insurance, and has insurance that does not cover vaccine, or has CHIP or Medicaid. If you have insurance that covers vaccines, you are not eligible for these services. Immunization events are subject to change due to vaccine availability and/or weather conditions.
