Qigong/Tai Chi for Arthritis

Maybe you want freedom from pain, stress, anxiety or just are overwhelmed by daily living. Develop core strength, improve posture and diminish pain, learn to relax your muscles and take charge of your well being. Qigong, the grandfather of Tai Chi with deep roots in traditional Chinese medicine, is offered on Monday and Tai Chi on Wednesday. The same punch card can be used for btoh classes. Challenge your body, stimulate your mind, embrace your spirit and make new friends. Wear loose, comfortable clotehs and flat shoes. Instructor: Bouguyon

Qigong takes place on Mondays from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Carrollton Senior Center. Tai Chi takes place on Wednesdays from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Carrollton Senior Center. Attendees must be 50 years of age or older to participate.
