Registration has begun for the Adult Flag Football League and will end Friday, August 22. Games will be played beginning September 11 at McInnish Sports Complex on Thursday evenings for both Men’s and Co-ed Leagues.
Register now for the Co-ed Adult Kickball League to be held on Thursday evenings at McInnish Sports Complex. The season is eight games plus playoffs and will begin September 11.
Pooch Pool Party will take place from noon to 3 p.m. at the Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex. Bring your dog out for swimming and scheduled friendly competitions for Best Swimsuit, Best Dog ‘N Owner Look-alike and Pool Toy Retrieval.
The Texas Department of Agriculture Summer Nutrition Program is offered statewide by local sponsors who operate sites where children up to 18 years old can get meals at no charge. The service is open to all children, regardless of income.
The Carrollton City Council has passed an ordinance that places a ban on smoking electronic cigarettes inside or within 20 feet of local retail and restaurant establishments.
