City of Carrollton, Texas : Parties/Rentals

PARTIES

Reservations can be made to rent tables or the party deck during daily operating hours or private parties during non-public swim hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings.

We will start taking table reservations and private party reservations from the public on April 29. All reservations need to be made at the Athletics Office inside the Rosemeade Recreation Center, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, before the pool opens May 25. After May 25, all reservations must be made at the pool during normal operating hours. For more information, please call 972-466-9835.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Tables are available to rent during daily operating hours. Pool admission for all guests is additional. Table reservations must be made up to 24 hours in advance.

PARTY DECK

The party deck is available to rent during daily operating hours. The party deck is shaded and comes complete with picnic tables, a grill and a sink. Access to the party deck can be controlled by two gates. Pool admission for all guests is additional. Party deck reservations must be made up to 24 hours in advance.

Party Deck Rental Fee - Resident $30 per hour/Non-resident $50 per hour.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Private parties can be held during non-public swim hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, between May 24 and September 1, during the hours of 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm or 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. A deposit of half the rental fee is due at the time of the rental.

The prices listed below are for rental of the Rosemeade Rainforest section OR the Rosemeade Main Pool section. Prices include lifeguards and access to the facility. Group size is determined by the number of people in the facility, not the number of people swimming.

Depending on the group size and number of patrons attending, additional guards may be required. Each additional lifeguard fee is $25 per hour and will be added to the reservation cost.
