Although you are encouraged to visit our shelter at any time during our hours of operation, please note that pet visitation begins at 1pm Monday - Friday, and 1:30pm on Saturday. 

Officer Hours

On-Duty             8 a.m. -7 p.m.
On-Call               7 p.m. - 8 a.m.

Officer hours are 7 days a week (except holidays)

Animal Service Officers are dispatched through the Carrollton Police Department on Sundays and during Holidays. To contact the Police Dispatch non-emergency number call 972-466-3333.
