TAMIO award 2013The award winning Marketing Services team strategically and effectively markets the City of Carrollton as an intriguing and attractive place to live, work, and play. The department facilitates the communication of the latest news and events through multiple avenues, including: social media, the City of Carrollton website, Leisure Connections, On the Horizon, streetscape lightpole banners, conventional media (newspapers, radio, local television, local access cable television programming), print and digital advertising venues, and more. In addition, the Marketing Services team is responsible for weekly press releases, crisis communication, policy response, interview coordination, and media training.

Leisure Connections - This is a quarterly magazine with all leisure services information and cultural activities happening in the City of Carrollton. For more details, visit cityofcarrollton.com/leisuremag to view the latest edition.

On the Horizon - On the Horizon is the City of Carrollton's printed utility bill insert that is included in citizens' statements each quarter. This newsletter provides details about upcoming City events and programs, as well as important citizen notices.  A digital copy can be viewed at cityofcarrollton.com/onthehorizon.

Netbill Newsletter - Don't receive a mailed utility bill? No problem, Marketing Services keeps residents connected by housing this snapshot of upcoming events on the Utility Customer Billing Page. Sign in to your account on the billing page and find current and archived information.

Cable TV Programming - Catch the latest local government meetings and view information on City events and announcements.  Council meetings are on-air at 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily, while Planning & Zoning Meetings can be viewed at 7 a.m. & 5 p.m.
