TAMIO award 2013The award winning Marketing Services team strategically and effectively markets the City of Carrollton as an intriguing and attractive place to live, work, and play. The department facilitates the communication of the latest news and events through multiple avenues, including: social media, the City of Carrollton website, Leisure Connections, On the Horizon, streetscape lightpole banners, conventional media (newspapers, radio, local television, local access cable television programming), print and digital advertising venues, and more. In addition, the Marketing Services team is responsible for weekly press releases, crisis communication, policy response, interview coordination, and media training.

Carrollton City Hall, both Library locations, Rosemeade and Crosby Recreation Centers, Oak Creek Tennis Center, and the Senior Center will be closed December 24 and 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday.
Severe weather (snow, ice, high winds, etc.) may necessitate the temporary closure of City of Carrollton leisure service facilities.
The City of Carrollton Police Department is seeking officers to join local law enforcement. Registration is now open for the Police Civil Service Exam to be administered January 10.
Various lanes of the northbound I-35E frontage road between Frankford Road and Sam Rayburn Tollway will be closed Monday, November 24 through Wednesday, December 31.
Do you LOVE to sing? Have you ever had a desire to sing with a group of like-minded singers? All North Texas residents are welcome to audition by December 22 for the Carrollton Community Chorus.
