The manicured grounds of the museum, which include a barn, windmill and white picket fence, provide a relaxed natural setting for weddings, family reunions, corporate celebrations, birthday parties and informal gatherings.

Only the front porch of the museum and/or the outdoor covered area of the barn and their surrounding lawns may be reserved. Interiors of the house and barn are NOT available for rent.
No smoking. Alcoholic beverages may be served and consumed during rentals and special events at the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum upon compliance with the terms and receipt of approval of a Facility Rental Application to Serve Alcohol. The A.W. Perry Homestead Museum at 1509 N. Perry Road was built in 1909 and provides a glimpse of life in Texas at the turn of the century. The site is a designated state historical landmark.
