Councilmember Williams has resided in Carrollton for 25 years. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Religion from Southern Nazarene University. He currently is the Associate Superintendent for Facility and Construction for the Lewisville Independent School District. He has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.
