These organizations, along with their partnerships with schools, businesses, religious institutions, community organizations, and the city help make Carrollton what it is today. The city encourages communication, partnership and understanding among these groups. Neighborhood ResourcesInterested in starting a neighborhood organization? Does your organization wish to create a newsletter or Web site? Neighborhood resources can provide an abundance of information, ranging from by-laws to finance, crime watch to recruitment. Neighborhood RegistrationTo take part in city programs, such as the Neighborhood Enhancement Matching Grant Program, organizations must register with the Community Development Office. Registered neighborhoods are also eligible to receive technical assistance provided by the staff.
