cities of varying sizes, comparing factors like the influx of college-educated

homeownership rates.
WalletHub analyzed the metrics from pre- to
post-recession, and derived the following rankings for Carrollton:

- 28th - Non-Farm Payrolls Change
- 122nd - Median Home Price Increase
- 98th - Public Assistance
- 84th - Bankruptcy Filings
- 30th - Number of Businesses Increase
Midland was ranked the most recession-recovered city and San Bernardino, Calif. was ranked the least recession-recovered city.
